531, 705 candidates to write BECE in 2,007 centres

This year’s Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) will commence on September 14, with a total number of 531,705 candidates in 2,007 examination centres across the country. A West African Examination Council (WAEC) data made available to the Ghana News Agency indicated that 269,419 of the candidates are males and 262,286, females. The Ashanti Region presented
